Here is the anaylsis and conclusion of my journal:
The happy consumption is less than 30%, and this list is about a weekend. The happiness in weekdays can be even less.

Most unhappy consumptions: Paper, Plastic, Fossil fuel.
Biggest consumption category: Electricity.
Biggest, and the longest except food energy.


My conclusion:
What makes me happy is largely related to what I am: A social, living organism.
What makes me unhappy is largely related to what I have learned, what I consider is bad.
What makes me feel neutral should be happy, but I hardly can learn that at where I am.
Would it be correct to say, happiness don’t really need to be learned, but unhappiness acquires much more education?
