Consumption Journal Analysis

Here is the anaylsis and conclusion of my journal:

The happy consumption is less than 30%, and this list is about a weekend. The happiness in weekdays can be even less.

43% of the happy consumptions come from: Food

Most unhappy consumptions: Paper, Plastic, Fossil fuel.

Biggest consumption category: Electricity.

Biggest, and the longest except food energy.

My conclusion:

What makes me happy is largely related to what I am: A social, living organism.

What makes me unhappy is largely related to what I have learned, what I consider is bad.

What makes me feel neutral should be happy, but I hardly can learn that at where I am.

Would it be correct to say, happiness don’t really need to be learned, but unhappiness acquires much more education?

this is a great post, thanks Joe. I am trying to unlearn my unhappiness too.
